Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline above the hip bones, without tightening the measuring tape too much.

NHÀI LÊ THỊ produces small collections locally and in pre-order to avoid waste and with an overstock policy. We take the necessary time to make your product(s) with care and we pay close attention to each detail.
Once production has been completed, NHÀI LÊ THỊ makes every effort to ensure your order is delivered in the shortest possible time.
As soon as your order has been collected by the carrier, you will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment and delivery details. NHÀI LÊ THỊ cannot be held liable for unexpected delays in delivery that are beyond its control.

Charges
Delivery is free of charge in these following countries: Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.
For countries not listed above, fee is USD 50. Free Shipping is offered for purchase over USD 500 in a single order.
Delivery fee is excluding tax and duties (if applicable).
Important Information
If you need to modify your delivery details after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible. Delivery details, in particular the delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has been dispatched.
Return
NHÀI LÊ THỊ has a 14 calendar day returns policy from the date of your order delivery if you wish to exercise your right to return your purchase.
If you receive a product that appears to be defective or has been damaged, you should contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Conditions
Please comply with the following conditions to ensure customer service accepts the return:
– the product must be as new
– must not be worn or washed
– must be in its original packaging, with the
NHÀI LÊ THỊ label still attached
– must be complete and include all of the accessories that go with the initial product
– a copy of the invoice should be included in the parcel
If you receive a product that appears to bedefective or has been damaged, you shouldcontact us within 7 days of receipt via emailat customercare@nhailethi.vn.
Refunds
As soon as we receive the returned item we undertake toissue the refund, which will be credited via the the payment method used to make the purchase, within 14 working days.
Please note that if your article does not comply with the conditions of our returns policy it will be returned to you without a refund. The sender is liable for the charges and risks involved in returning the product(s).
NHÀI LÊ THỊ cannot be held liable in case of parcel loss, theft or damage. Parcels without adequate means of customer identification (surname, first name, address and e-mail) will not be accepted.
An e-mail confirmation will be sent by customer service upon receipt of the product(s) returned by the customer.
For returns from countries other than Vietnam and Hong Kong, please include the delivery note indicating the tracking number in the return parcel or send a copy of the delivery note by e-mail for return shipping costs to be refunded. Any customs charges are to be paid by the sender.
Exchange
Do you want another size or colour?
We invite you to send back your product(s)in accordance with the returns procedureand re-order via the e-shop.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days once it has been received at ourwarehouse and validated by our team.
Important Information
The return will not be accepted if the sender of the returned product cannot be identified, so please ensure that you include the return document, invoice or delivery note.
Returns sent after the 14 days limit cannot be accepted except in exceptional cases.
